The Business Law Fall Forum brings together leading scholars and practitioners to examine who corporations actually serve, and who gets left out. Across four panels, the Forum surfaces the structural failures and legal blind spots at the heart of modern corporate governance: the erosion of shareholder voice, the collapse of federal evidentiary infrastructure, the gap between fiduciary liability and insurance architecture, the opacity of AI-driven market intermediaries, and the enduring asymmetry between contractual freedom and racial equality.
